After 44 years of practicing pediatric medicine, Dr. Taru Shah will be retiring effective Friday, September 20, 2024. As of that date, Shah Pediatrics, Inc. will be permanently closed. Dr. Shah would like to express her gratitude to the hundreds of thousands of families who have trusted her to care for their children over the years.
If you would like a copy of your medical records, please contact us. Our staff will be happy to provide them for you. Please note all immunization records for your children are available on the GA Registry. You can access a copy of your immunization records at the GA Department of Health website: https://georgia.gov/request-immunization-records. All physicians in GA can also access these immunization records.
